Corrections log
Every correction to a published release or report is recorded here: what was wrong, what changed, and when. Releases are never edited silently.
Log
No corrections have been needed since the first release, v2026.08, published on 15 September 2026. Changes to the build itself are listed in the changelog shipped inside each release.
How corrections work
A reported error is confirmed against the release's raw CMS files first. If the error is ours, the release is rebuilt under the same name with a changelog note and a new manifest, and the entry above records the change. If the error is in a CMS source file, we note it here and report it to CMS; we do not patch federal values by hand.
